PROCESS:
Classic brut method with fermentation in the bottle and rest on the lees for a period of not less than 30 months. After this time the disgorgement takes place at the end of which the bottles, after about 3 months of rest, are ready for consumption.

100% Pinot nero.

Guyot arch in medium-textured soil tending to calcareous.

COLOR:
Straw yellow with golden reflections due to the long stay on the lees.

SMELL:

Full, rich, fruity, with very fine and lasting effervescence.

Smell:
complex bouquet, delicate and fruited smell, with sensations of ripe fruits, mainly pineapple, grapefruit and banana.

Soft, velvety, same sensations of ripe fruits noticed at smell with a light wood note.

Ideal not only for starters, but thanks to its structure, also for complete meals.

Rosé obtained by vinification without soaking.

Belanced and elegant, fruity with just the right balance of tannin, and with hint of almonds, typical of this grape variety.

Food combination:
Ideal for all meals complementing a wide variety of dishes.

Bright red - medium/high intensity.

Smell:
Delicate, typical, a fruity wine with an aroma of red berries (plums, blackberries, raspeberry, blueberry). A fragrance of flowers develops with age.

Taste:
Structured, with an excellent balance between the acid and tannin, typical of this wine. Ideal for laying down, acquiring a velvety bouquet.

Ideal with substantial main courses.

Process:
Wine obtained by red vinification that allows, thanks to a careful maceration of skins, to get great structure and an excellent bright red color. Aging in barriques for 10 months.

100% merlot.

Colour:
Intense red tending to purple.

Smell:
Marked sensation of red berries fruits with cacao and vanilla aromas.

Taste:
Valvety, harmonious, excellent structure and intensity.

13,5% vol.

Food combination:
Ideal with substantial beef main courses. Special with matured cheese.

Wine obtained after fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature for 30 days, followed by ageing in oak tanks for about 30 months.

Vine:
100% nebbiolo coming from sorì of Monteforte d'Alba.

Colour:
Deep red with a light garnet nuance.

Smell:
Sensation of red berries fruits, intense and equilibrate smell.

Taste:
Structured, velvety, great and involving bouquet giving the same sensations perceived by nose.

Alcohol degrees:
14,5% vol.

Food combination:
Ideal with substantial beef main courses and also with matured cheese. It can be considered a wine for meditation.
